Fix binary store absolute location on Windows

The binary store path configured through repository.binary.store may incorrectly be detected as relative instead of absolute.

For instance using repository.binary.store=D:/Nuxeo/binaries results in a full path computed as D:\Nuxeo\data\D:\Nuxeo\binaries
