Do not hide empty content view when there are filtering criteria

The content view template (and widget) accept a property "hideEmpty" that allows hiding completely the content view when there are no results to show.

But when filtering criteria are set, it's not possible to empty them anymore => hide the content view completely only when there are no results and no filtering criterion is set.
