Fix Media publishing label issue

      Description

      On the Publish popup of Media Publishing, the way the account label is done is not adapted to translation: English shows "YouTube Account" but after it is translated French shows "YouTube Compte" when it should be "Compte YouTube".
      Since the involved media is displayed in the popup title, we can probably not put its name in the account label.
      I think involved label is label.widget.mediaPublishing.account.
