Drive: UI in Admin Center to handle / uregister the sync roots by user

      Description

      We need a UI to be able to audit what a given user has subscribed to, and who has subscribed to a given folder, and be able to unregister them.
      It would allow for example to unregister "abusive" sync roots such as top level folders.

      This UI should be made available from the Admin Center for administrators and from Drive for each user to manage its own sync roots.
