Remove maven-taglib-plugin configurations

Taglibs documentation is generated from http://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/nuxeo-doc/, using script at http://hg.nuxeo.org/tools/doc-scripts/file/tip/update-javadoc

All *.tld files in nuxeo + addons are taken into account, and maven-taglib-plugin configurations are not used.
