Select None radio button when user clicks Cancel on browse popup

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new file.
      2. Click on the Browse button to select a file.
        -> The Upload radio button is automatically selected.
      3. Click Cancel on the browse button.
        -> The Upload radio button is still selected. It would be nicer to have the None radio button selected.
