Drive / GetChangeSummary: don't send a "deleted" event in case of a move to a synchronization root

      Description

      Indeed in this case a "documentMoved" event is sent, the "deleted" event doesn't make sense. It only does when moving to a non synchronization root.
      Related to NXP-16478 and linked issues.
      Client code in RemoteWatcher._update_remote_states could probably be simplified with this fix.
