nuxeo-quota addon: cache key should be invalidate when quota exceeded exception is thrown

How to reproduce:

• Reproduce the steps in NXP-17351
• Copy or Import one single file which size is less than the current remaining quota
  Result : Quota exceed still raised
  Expected : The single file to be copied since the quota is not reached

Cause : The cache must be invalidated if the exception is thrown or if the user delete files from the parent (so maybe once the copy is done is even better)
