Removing a manual attachment breaks the image display of a Note

If a user creates a Note and upload pictures into it (for inline display), and then uses the files:files schema for managing attachment to the note, removing an attachment will break the order of the pictures and thus break the picture links that are accessed via their order in the list.

To fix the bug, we should change the url codec used to leverage the name of the file. Both schema and file name should be used, so that it doesn't break if we decide later on to rely on an other schema
