Date histogram aggregate selection should not rely on date format

When using an aggregate of type date histogram we can use the format property to label interval.
When selecting an interval, this label is send and converted as a date filter.

This works only if the date format don't loose precision,
for instance using "MM" as format to month label, the selection will not work because we loose the year information.
