Fix error preventing to use a saved search

I have an error when I try to use a saved search I created from another saved search.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Search documents based on the following criteria:

• filter on a topic value
• filter on full-text.

1. Save the search (Search 1).
2. Remove the full text criterion.
3. Save the search (Search 2).
4. Select the default search in the search drop down list.
5. Select Search 2.
   An error feedback message is displayed.
