Refactor template rendering samples

In template rendering module

• Refactor provided examples

Because

• Names and titles are incorrect
• Mixes odt and word formats
• Need a readme to explain samples
• Add icons for provided doctypes...

TODO :

• check with presales what kind of documents we should provide, what metadata, etc.
• Build examples
• Write readme that will be included in sample.

UX:

• add funky style for description
• Description should be a “parcours” to guide users: welcome in the blabla project, etc. Do that. Then go there. etc.
• Remove creator & date on Portfolio generation summary
• Remove “content” block in summary.
