Display video on Nuxeo Platform UI when it's not available anymore in Youtube / Wistia

      Description

      When a video has been published to Youtube / Wistia using Media Publishing, we are displayed a Republish button.
      If the video has been removed from YT / Wistia from their websites, we should get the information and replace the Republish button by a "Publish" button.
