As an Administrator, I'd like to access in my Admin Center the Rights Search Panel

Display a content view with a search form querying all ACLs of repository documents.

Form fields:

• "checkout defined rights for": assigned users
• "defined by": the user who defined the right
• Right permission
• Policy name -> local or inherited or....
• Document path selection
• State -> active or dead...
• Add dates

Content view columns:
Target document, Defined by, Permission, Dates, Status.
