Update interface or documentation of the Blob.RunConverter operation

It seems that the parameter targetFilename must be passed to the operation. Otherwise it just returns null even though the conversion is completed without any error.

One solution would be to add a new parameter to the operation and make it mandatory.

At least the documentation of the operation should mention that the targetFilename parameter is mandatory.
