Extended ACLs

The Rights Management screen is made easier to use by non technical guys. Some new capabilities are added:

• Support of time based access right
• Notification when the access right becomes effective
• Ability to view passed access rights
• User has a view in the dashboard where he can see the documents on which an access right is set.
• A search screen is available in the Admin Center for Access Rights
• Ability to Remove all the rights for a given user (ACL purge)
• Evolution of the REST API for supporting the new features

The new UI is made using Web Components and is as a consequence fully client side.
