Allow main tab actions to display their icons

The default configuration for the widget displaying main tabs is configured by default to show icons, but main tab actions do not show their icon.

This makes the behaviour inconsistent when inserting a new action type in the main tabs bar: its icon is shown.

=> make sure main tab actions can show their icon and configure the "mainTabs" widget to display only links by default.
