Remove open social and dependencies from build

      Description

      Remove open social and dependencies from build and let a clear status on the READMEs.

      Delete code on master branch of nuxeo-opensocial addon, and all dependants addons (nuxeo-social-collaboration, nuxeo-poll, nuxeo-rss-reader, ...)
      Delete code on all related MPs
      Add a DEPRECATED.txt explaining that the addon / MP is no more supported since 7.3.
      Remove related QA jobs (on master branch)
      Update marketplace.ini
      Update documentation
