Make OAuth2 service provider registry pluggable

We need to make the OAuth2 service provider registry pluggable to allow registering new classes of providers to handle the specificities of each service (ex: building auth url, retrieving service login/email, etc…).

Users should also be able to register providers through the extension mechanism (even if it's backed by a directory).
