Widgets of type "summary_current_document_single_tasks" and "current_route_user_tasks" now always hold forms, so surrounding forms should be removed.
As a backward compatibility change, the property "removeForm" can be set to "true" to get back the old behaviour.

Steps to reproduce:

as user Administrator, create a note
start a paralell workflow on it
when chosing participants, chose both "Administrator" user and "administrators" group

=> on the summary tab, both tasks are surrounded by a single form
