Allow specifying the base URL on nxd:restDocumentLink tag

This JSF tag allows to generate a restful link to a document, given the document and an optional pattern (to control the codec that will be used).

But it uses the same URL than the site where this tag is used, it woud be better to allow specifying the base URL to target a different Nuxeo server.
