More convenient way to update from Studio

Currently during development in order to apply an update from the Studio project you need to navigate through the UI (Admin -> Update -> Update button), which means you lose whatever you were currently looking at. After the hot reload, you have to navigate back to where you were. This gets very tedious, especially when working on something like Branding, with small iterative changes.

It could be very convenient to have a dedicated User Action that automatically installs the update and performs the hot reload. It could be exposed under the User Menu Actions, for example, or User Actions like the "Activate UI Development Mode" action.

A corresponding nuxeoctl command could be nice as well.
