      Description

      ./nuxeo-distribution/nuxeo-distribution-resources/src/main/resources/jetty-base/config/jetty.xml is calling:

      <Call class="org.nuxeo.runtime.jtajca.NuxeoContainer" name="install"/>

      but the method install of org.nuxeo.runtime.jtajca.NuxeoContainer is now protected.

      default-repository-config.xml and ds-config.xml need to be migrated.
