Fix background palette inheritance for select / option tag

The CSS defined for active / focused option items in a select uses a variable that can be set as white if customers need it.

Once white, on IE, if you select an item in a select, the value is white on white, which is unreadable.

As this rule is not used by the other browsers, we should simply remove it.
