Imagemagick > Transparent png should have a white background in jpg

The transparent png are converted in jpg by imagemagick (thumbnails, etc).
They should have a white background instead of the current black background.

Steps to reproduce:

• drop this img in a folder
• switch in thumbnail listing mode
• the img have a black background :/
