      Subscriptions are now stored on the facet of the document. So subscriptions have to be migrated using the "migrate_notifications.sql" script attached to this ticket (PostgreSQL version provided).

      Description

      We should delete the notifications subscriptions that refers to deleted documents, at the same time the documents are deleted. This should happen at database level as documents may be deleted at database level.
