File content widget > Possibility to drop a file in the "choose file" area

We should be able to drop a file in the file content widget area. Some browsers allowed it but now always / anymore.

When dropping a file in the file content widget area:

• img should not be displayed in the window
• user should have a clue that the drop went well
• when no file before, the radiobutton should switch on upload
