Extend @Experimental to make it useful for REST API

      Description

      We can annotate the underlying Java code with @Experimental.
      We can extend the Automation Annotations to have a dedicated annotation attribute.

      But this won't be really useful until we do the work :

      • in the Swagger like API Doc
      • in the Automation Api Doc
      • in Platform Explorer
