Add ability to create a new event from the calendar/event selection pop-in

There should be a "plus" icon on the suggester for events, with the same cinematic as when adding a collection (although not the same form).

Also the action to be able to add a document to an event should be re-added (as I think it was disabled for a while). Any document (no filtering rule).
