Remove Elasticsearch Rest API to dump ES bulk

Historically there is a way to dump documents to Elasticsearch bulk format which is not a valid json format but a concatenation of json.

This was the first method to index existing instance, with the new implementation for reindexing (from the admin center), this old procedure looks inefficient and useless.
