      Disable AJP connector by default. Set nuxeo.server.ajp.port=8009 in nuxeo.conf to reactivate back with its previous value.

      Description

      AJP is usually not used but is enable by default.
      That caused an error log when Nuxeo receive a packet on AJP port in a functional test.

      There is already a nuxeo.conf option: "nuxeo.server.ajp.port"; set it to 0 (= disabled) by default.
