Add REST endpoint for CSS and JS resources

      Description

      Define a new rest end point to:

      • serve resources or groups of resources (CSS or JS)
      • resources paths should be relative to the jar content (not to the nuxeo.war content)
      • handle dev/debug parameter for shrink/minify features
      • take a flavor id into account for presets variables replacement
      • include source map to ease up dev/debug (see http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/developertools/sourcemaps/)

      + add missing use cases from Lise (img, fonts, icons)
