Fix disappearance of tagged Studio projects when updating snapshot

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • go to the ADMIN > Update Center
      • in "Production mode", there should be listed released projects
      • click on "update" to update Studio snapshot (dev mode activated)
      • if can of validation error (platform mismatch), hit "cancel" or "update"

      => in all cases, the list of tagged projects is blanked

      Reproduced on 7.1 and 7.2-SNAPSHOT, not reproduced on 6.0.

      Also, the following ERROR log appears when updating the Studio snapshot jar but it shouldn't (was not the case on 6.0):

      14:54:04,895 ERROR [LocalDownloadingPackage] Package atchertchian-SANDBOX-0.0.0-SNAPSHOT is already installed
