Workflow API and client side framework

Workflow API module so as to be able to produce client side applications such as the following one:

The goal is to create a JS sample that uses the new Workflow API.

Sample workflow : Travel Expenses

node 1: load your travel expense entry:

• label
• amount
• description
• nature (vocabulary, transportation, lunch, hotel)
• file : numerical ditigization

node 2:
manager validation
(no input data, jsut accept, reject)

node 3: accountancy management :

• customer code
