Video summary > Consistency with the new Picture Summary

Things to update:

• the dimension widget should be used instead of width then height fields.
• the story board should be displayed below the video preview to be usable
• the infobox can be displayed on top right
• widgets State and Contributors can be removed (displayed in infoBox)
