Don't display additional formats when the original image is smaller

The additional format widget display a list of available size and format (thumbnail, small, medium, ...)

But when the image is smaller than the configured size, the widget is not easy to understand because the options are not useful. See screenshot.

=> display only original jpg for tiny pictures, and the other formats that are < than the original file.
