Fix domain unregistration in publishing trees when domain deleted

      Description

      When a domain is deleted, the sections it contains are not correctly removed from the registered publication trees. To reproduce:

      • delete the default domain
      • create a new domain with a different name
      • create a workspace
      • import a PDF
      • go to its publish tab
      • get a stacktrace
