Restrict packages list in Studio tab to the associated Studio project

      Description

      The "Admin / Update Center / Nuxeo Studio" tab should only list the Studio packages belonging to the Studio project associated with the current server instance.

      Since NXCONNECT-748, not only the locally downloaded Studio packages are listed in that tab but also all the remote packages on which the user who registered the server instance is contributor on.

      All the other Studio packages are still available in the "Marketplace Packages" tab.
