All ZIP exports should use the same entry name encoding

      Since 7.1, the ZIP entries names are always encoded in UTF8. The zip.entry.encoding property is by default empty.

      If you want to get the old behavior back (having entry name encoded in ascii), you need to put zip.entry.encoding=ascii in your nuxeo.conf file.

      Description

      The Worklist > Export as ZIP action does not use the same entry name encoding as the Download action on a document (which use the CreateZip operation).

      The first one relies on the zip.entry.encoding property to encode the entry name.
