update target extension in nx-mailfolder-config.xml

The file nxmail-scheduler-config.xml references an old extension point, and should be changed to org.nuxeo.ecm.core.scheduler.SchedulerService.

It appears the addition of an alias (which refs the old value) has no impact and the scheduler doesn't work unless the target is updated.
