Finish named parameters integration

      Description

      Need to check and add unit tests for the following behaviours:

      • make sure named parameters that would be referenced in the search document model properties are resolved correctly (and not only parameters in the context data map named "namedParameters")
      • make sure parameters coming from the "namedParameters" map are resolved correctly when referenced in predicates
      • add documentation in the page provider and content view service pages (with links to automation pages, see http://doc.nuxeo.com/display/NXDOC/How+to+use+the+Query+Endpoint)
      • add page provder name to the content view state, see NXP-16176
