Improve delegation management on workflow tasks

      Description

      Some improvements could be done around delegation management:

      • delegation button is not presented to the user on the summary (only from home dashboard)
      • a "delegated tasks" content view on dashboard would be useful to make the distinction with the user tasks, and the ones he's been delegated (for now delegated tasks are not shown at all, see NXP-12277)
