Fix "concurrent request" warning message when binding template

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • install the template rendering addon
      • create a note
      • bind a template to it (opening the corresponding fancybox)
      • when done, bind another template to it

      => the fancybox shows a "concurrent request" message (see screenshot)
