Refactor current 'Zip Binary export'

      Description

      The logic to export zip binary (which export all the binary of a given hierarchy) is currently located in org.nuxeo.ecm.webapp.clipboard (nuxeo-platform-webapp-base).

      It should be moved to nuxeo-core-io.
