hot reload issues with form layouts "bulkEdit" or "bulkImport"

      Description

      If you define your own formlayouts "bulkEdit" or "bulkImport" and deploy --> hot reload is working fine

      Then if you delete these formLayouts and hot reload --> you still have the previous ones

      You need to restart the server to see the updates.
