Fix display of action categories in UI development mode

      Description

      When displaying the information of an UI element, the list of categories is not displayed properly. The name of the categories are not displayed, just the object class name followed by its hashcode.

      After fixing the issue, it might be nice to add a screenshot displaying the categories in the documentation http://doc.nuxeo.com/display/NXDOC/How+to+Hide+a+Tab%2C+a+Link+or+a+Button+for+a+Group+or+a+User
