Rely on standard filters to perform directory security checks

      Description

      Since NXP-13724, directories can perform security checks.

      It would be easier to rely on action filters for these checks, since action filters are generic enough and can be used on a context where JSF context is not available.

      This would help configuring other features relying on directory access like NXP-15732.
