OrderedFolder not updated with Elasticsearch

ecm:pos is exposed and indexed,
but when changing order a childrenOrderChanged event is sent on the container so the listener should take care of reindexing ecm:pos of the first level of children

orderable_document_content does not work as is elasticsearch,
