Search tab shouldn't take into account unknown document types

After I uninstalled DAM, the search tab still counts pictures, videos and audios in search results, although it cannot display them.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install DAM.
2. Create pictures, audio or videos.
3. Uninstall DAM.
4. Go on the Search tab and check aggregates and search results: document types unavailable in CAP are still counted in aggregates and in search results counts.

Note: Clicking on Reindex from Admin > Elasticsearch > Admin doesn't resolve the issue.
