Allow to synchronize a collection with Nuxeo Drive

      Description

      Need to allow the action on collections in the UI.
      Basically, thanks to the Drive Edit implementation using the "Locally Edited" collection, see NXDRIVE-93 and related tasks, the work should be done and tested.

      Still need to add some functional tests and to make humans test
